Those divisions lead to feelings of emptiness and loneliness that impel us to attempt to re-acquaint ourselves with ourselves.

That process of making ourselves whole, of making ourselves "holy," is facilitated here at Bellarmine by the silence which is the hallmark of our retreats. At its simplest level, that silence allows us to hear ourselves. More profoundly, it allows us to hear the Holy Spirit moving through our experience. Bellarmine Jesuit Retreat House offers a peaceful environment wherein silent retreats and other programs enable persons to experience a deeply satisfying encounter with Christ and His word.
